Raf runs the Sheffield workshop floor. He came to tzq88.com after years in precision manufacturing — the kind of background where tolerances matter and shortcuts aren't tolerated. He oversees assembly, component testing and quality control on every unit that leaves the workshop. If a harness isn't right, Raf catches it before it reaches you.

Believes a tidy bench is a fast bench. Starts early.

Alex keeps the Sheffield operation moving — stock management, component supply and production support. He's methodical, thorough and the reason orders go out on time. He also has a background in automotive systems and steps in on technical assembly when the workshop is running at full pace. Quiet, capable, and the first person Raf calls when something needs doing properly.

Knows where every component in the workshop is. Always.

Ty is the most versatile person on the team. He's a mobile technician with a specialism in vehicle diagnostics — particularly camper conversions and specialist builds where the CAN-bus architecture gets complicated. He investigates unusual vehicle configurations, helps develop compatibility for new models, and covers for Paul in Suffolk when needed. If you've got an unusual vehicle and you're not sure if a blocker will work, Ty is usually the one who finds out.
